1979 honda cbx 1050, super nice

Super nice '79 Honda CBX. Fairly complete restoration. Engine taken down to the bare cases. everything gone through. new cam chains. pistons and rings. 5 angle valve job (just because it was easy enough to do). '82 CBX alternator shaft (so bearing can't back out of case) etc.  Lots of powder coating. swing arm. centerstand. battery box. gauge bezel. headlight mount. new wiring harness. rebuilt calipers. new high quality chain and sprockets. tires etc. Carbs with stage 3 kit. all new Tim's o-rings. dyno tuned. nbsp;only ethanol free gas since restoration. paint is nice. there are a couple hairline cracks in underside of tail. as these get brittle with age. doesnt show on top. I just put the kerker 6:2 system. absolutely no rust. one ding on left muffler. sound amazing. (rear mounting brackets. and clamps not installed when I took the pics. but on now). $5000 in receipts for parts and powder coating etc. not considering the many hours of labor that went into this project.  All work done by my close friend the master mechanic at Power House Cycle in West Babylon Long Island. They drag race and do all sorts of high performance work. Wheels are perfectly true. Will assist with shipping any way I can. can crate for a fee for overseas. Also speedo cable loop for front fender is installed (missing in pics). (replaced with new one). Also has progressive fork springs and new seals. calipers rebuilt etc. Put a new battery in this week. old one worked ok. but was 2 years old. also the gas tank is free of any rust inside and has NOT been ruined with a coating that may trap moisture and rust out in 15 years. Like I said. very nice bike. well sorted. needs absolutely nothing but to be ridden.
