Husaberg FC 470 Road legal motocross spares repair project ktm mx enduro 450 250

Up for auction with no reserve is my Road Registered 2001 Husaberg FC (motocross) 470cc for spares / repair. I have the full V5 logbook in my name. Registration is Y672 XEO. frame and engine numbers are intact. I've owned the bike for around 6 years. it blew up about 2 years ago and has been sat since.  It needs a new piston. (I have a piston I took out when I first got the bike. could be re-used if you wanted to) It also needs a cylinder head. I sent mine off to DCR in Lancashire a while back to have it ported and polished etc but Dave Clarke said it needed new valves. I don't have a cylinder head but DCR will probably have one.  I have a liner in excellent condition. all new engine seals and various dual valve spring kits (very good upgrade). I think I have new gaskets also but I'll have to check. I think a lot of parts are similar to various KTM's and I've never struggled to get parts for it. I also have a spare set of crank cases along with the original engine. I have the original carb along with the keihn FCR (fully jetted to suit) which makes a hell of a difference. I was told that the header pipes were Doma but I cannot be sure. There is an Arrow titanium silencer on it at the moment and I have another silencer for it too. I think the foot pegs are titanium also. It also has a yellow silicone hose kit. The bike has a hot cam. and a fancy conrod kit but I can't remember what make it is! I also replaced the stator with an enduro one so a lighting kit can be run off it. So many receipts - I spent loads on the bike when i used to use it but newer toys have left it buried in the shed. The frame was painted 2 years ago but has a few marks from storage. I also replaced swingarm bearings and shock bushes. also fork seals at the same time. but it has been sat since then. Boxes of bits but odd bits may be missing - grips pads etc. The bike had loads of torque and was very loud! Left hand kick start but easy to start once you know how.  As far as I know other husaberg engines will fit straight in (400 / 450 / 470 / 501 / 550 / 650) No reserve on the auction and please don't bid unless you intend to buy! Buyer collects and cash on collection preferred. or bank transfer.  Please could the winning bidder contact me within 24 hours of auction end.  Any questions/ viewings please contact me.  Happy Bidding!
