2004 Husaberg FS450e 5500 Miles MUST SEE! Supermoto

Here for sale is a wonderful bike! I don't want to be selling it but I have to. History: I bought this bike from a college student who had it registered in Washington. so seeing that it had lights mirrors and was plated I thought I would just register it and call it a day. When I got to the dmv and tried to register it they let me know it was a 49 state legal bike and could not be converted to be plated in CA! They said it could be used as a track vehicle but that is it. sometimes I hate living in California! So if you live in California please don't bid on this bike unless you want a track only bike. if you live in the other 49 states please make sure that it can be plated in your state. It was plated in Washington and it has lights and mirrors and is said to be a 49 state bike. so I am guessing it can be plated in all the other states. if curious about it then do a little homework. The bike is in great shape! It has been well maintained and loved on. There are a few scuff marks but I took photos of everything! I tried to get anything that didn't look factory new. The bike is fast and has a lot of power so if you are new to riding I would make sure to be careful. The bike was scuffed up by a previous owner. it didn't damage anything besides the bumpers and handguard ~ see photos as I included photos of anything that looks marked up. The only thing that I can thing of that is not 100% is sometimes if it sits the battery starts to go and I have to kick start it to get it going. but that can be taken care of with a battery tender ( which it has a hook up for )The bike only has 5500 miles on it so it has barely been broken in. like I said I wouldn't be selling this bike because it is badass but since I can't plate it in CA then I have to sell it. The tires are about 80/60 ~ See photos. I will not be sending the title or anything until payment clears so please no scammers. I am willing to meet people but guessing that the buyer will be out of state then I will ship it with the buyer paying the shipping costs.
