The TE 300 is the most powerful 2-stroke engine available today. The engine features a sophisticated exhaust valve that optimises power delivery and, ombined with the Boyesen reed valve, ffers excellent response and durability.
The engine characteristics can be tailored thanks to the standard map switch that modifies the CDI curve between two ignition curves according to rider preference, onditions and terrain. Further optimisation of the power delivery can be obtained by varying the spring stiffness in the exhaust valve.
The TE 300 now features a new Brembo hydraulic clutch system. The high quality clutch system guarantees perfect modulation of the clutch in every condition. This means that the play is constantly compensated so that the pressure point and the function of the clutch remain identical in cold or hot conditions and over time. The Brembo clutch also features even wear characteristics and is nearly maintenance-free.
Standard electric start ensures effortless and reliable starting that is especially useful in difficult terrain. The TE 250 and TE 300 2-strokes have both an electric and a kick starter as standard.
Detail improvements and optimisation on the MY16 enduro bikes are based on the updated front end where a new 22 mm front axle with specific fork shoes replaces the previous 26 mm axle. The new axle is lighter, nd the shoes have shorter offset and increased trail, or more stability and better front-end feel.
The CNC machined triple clamps on all the bikes now feature a 22 mm offset. The resultant reduction in trail balances the increased trail due to the new front axle and fork shoes, or optimal balance between agility and stability.The triple clamps are made of high quality materials, recisely machined and anodised in deep black, nd are designed to evenly distribute the clamping force on the fork leg, maximising contact area for optimal sensitivity and minimum friction. Accurate flex has been designed into the triple clamps, erfectly complementing the fork, nd transferring detailed information to the rider.

With the new offset on triple clamp and fork shoes, he 4CS setup has been revised to suit the new front-end geometry. Now in its 4th year of production, he 4CS fork has reached the perfect balance between performance, eeling and reliability. The four-chamber system on the 4CS fork has been developed to improve damping, andling, lushness and rider comfort, deal characteristics for enduro. The clicker settings can be easily and quickly adjusted via the dials on the top of the fork tubes.
