The power plant consists of a 250cc engine coupled to a manual transmission. The condition of the entire power train is unknown as the engine will NOT crank. Odometer currently reads 26,799 miles. Lights and turn signals work properly. A clean California title along with a bill of sale will be handed over to its new owner.
