1941 Indian Sport Scout Motorcycle

Frame & Engine numbers match!

Prior owner was a woman who purchased it in 1944 while working as a machinist in MA to support the war effort.

Originally from the Springfield MA area pictures to be passed reveal what the bike looked like before she began the restoration in 1998 to what is shown in the ad today.

Receipts reveal the extensive array of parts replaced and labor paid for to bring the Sport Scout to the two tone as well as who assisted with the restoration of this NUMBERS MATCHING bike.

Seat appears to be identical to the one in un-restored pictures taken years ago but cleaned up and rides well with Indian stamp still visible.

CAD plated parts are identified in the receipts. Paint shines out well.

Frame number was heavily painted over and buffed out by prior painter. I was able to uncover the frame number and it “matches” in the series….that is 641XXXX .

Engine number is FDAXXXX.
