1951 Indian Chief 80 Blackhawk with Sidecar
Frame & Engine numbers match!
Prior owner Vern Goodwin whose father was an Indian dealer early on was the 2nd owner and was well known for owning/riding/restoring motorcycles in addition to creating sidecars for other model bikes and being active in the AMCA.
Pictures show hard to find front and rear bumper parts, cripted spotlights or original style accessory lamp lenses.
The carb in place is a HD CV carb for better mileage.
Generator appears to be Mitsubishi and 12v.
One of the earlier design electric start systems is installed using a HD Sportster Starter.
Sidecar Trim had been replaced with a wider chrome covered vinyl that looks nice.

Chrome was redone years ago and is immaculate! Paint is a solid 9.5 out of 10! Motor had been rebuilt and dynamically balanced.
Windshield on the Sidecar and vinyl cover were redone 10 years ago in excellent condition.
Installed is a New AGM battery.
In addition is a device for keeping the battery constantly charged but not currently hooked up.
