2003 Indian Chief Vintage #609

Up for auction is a 2003 Indian Chief Vintage #609. Indian red with tan leather. I have owned this bike for many years and spent thousands of dollars upgrading and customizing this bike. If you know anything about the Power Plus Indians of this era built in Gilroy, A then you know the engines tend to not last very long with out the proper upgrades. The motor on this bike has been completely rebuilt by one of the best shops in Colorado, ith custom camshaft and roller rocker arms to minimize wear, and proper upgrades made to the oil pump. I have also spent several thousands of dollars chroming all the parts on this bike that didn't come chromed. My plans were that this would be the last bike I owned, nd therefore I spared no expense getting it all together right.
The Vintage Power Plus Indian was only made for one year in 2003 (around 700 total) and this is #609. These bikes are rare and becoming more and more collectable, so here is your chance to own a part of history.
This bike runs and rides exactly as it should and I would not hesitate to jump on and ride it anywhere across the country! Lots of extras are included and I will try to list as many as I can. Remember, lthough there is no major damage or scratches, his is a 12 year old bike and has been ridden daily, so it is not a museum piece. Any wear to the bike is normal for it's age. It has always been garage kept, ever laid down and kept clean and polished. Tires were just put on and are almost new. All lights and gauges work as they should.
