I am the original owner. I don't know where to begin with describing this bike and the sadness that comes to me when I think about selling it. It has been an ongoing labor of love. I will start by saying the best way to describe this bike is to have a frank conversation over the phone. because there is sooo much that I think you should know. Here are some general things about the bike. First. if you know anything about the Gilroy Indians. you know that everything on the engine was polished aluminum. which is not shiny and very hard to take care of. Everything on the engine is chrome on the bike. (all of the primaries. derby covers. rocker boxes. forward controls. lutch cover. and calipers. ) the hard bags. pacers. and fairing were added and custom painted to match original colors. Th fairing. dash. and saddle bag lids. are air brushed in Indian theme. nd cleared with unbelievable detail. (blow up the pix's). The handle bars were custom made by BR'S Custom Bars. Bruce is an unreal handle bar fabricator and are painted to match the bike. All of the wiring is inside the bars. There is a 600 watt system with an IPOD adapter for some tunes. The front wheel is 2" over sized with a fat daddy white wall tire and Ride Wright custom diamond cut spoke wheel. with a slotted stainless front rotor. Front and rear highway bars are installed. with speakers mounted on the front bars. The speaker wiring is inside the highway bars for a clean look. The front has Rick Doss tear drop LED running lights and a teardrop HID high beam head light. along with a set of Howard's air horns. You will be seen and heard on this bike. The bike has true duals installed by Freedom Performance. If you are not familiar with Freedom performance. look them up. you will be impressed. The mufflers have a three step baffle that allows an awesome roar when you get on it and levels out at cruising speed. The other cool thing about this exhaust is that you will not lose back pressure because of the stepped baffle system. I looked long and hard before buying them!!!The seat and fairing bags are covered in synthetic pearl white lizard. and was done by Master Lugo out of Florida. In the last 6 months the bike has had a once over where I replaced the drive belt. rear drive pulley. rear tire. new primary gaskets. seals and races. primary fluids. and battery. just because. I have the original owners manual and a book of receipts totaling around around $18. 00. This does NOT include the Almost $19. 00 that I paid when I bought it new. nor does it include the cost of any of the custom paint work. All of the paint work was done in trade for me helping the painter out. He got about $5k worth of work out me in order to call it even:(You can do the math). She has been meticulously maintained since new and kept in a climate controlled room with my cars. This is not a bar hopper. it is comfortable and I have rode her 8 hours at a time with no problems. Finally I would say honestly that this bike is not for everyone. but if you like to stand out in the crowd and love attention it don't get no better than this!!! I don't care where you go. or how many Harley's are there. be prepared to have a conversation with someone. You won't even be able to put gas in it without someone stopping you. I can't explain it. it's just what happens. She has NEVER been laid down and has won trophies everywhere it goes. Sorry. I would like to keep the trophies for the memories.
