1974? Indian MX 76 Dirt Bike 70cc 6 Speed

This bike is { I think} a 1974 or so Indian MX76 that the previous owner started to restore but never finished. He took it apart, ainted the frame and sheet metal, nstalled new tires and then loosely reassembled. The engine number is 16140 WR 75cc and the frame number is 66X 16140. I was told by a person that used to sell these back in the day, hat this is an MX76 and has a 70cc engine with a six speed transmission. Please do your research to verify if this is true or not. The engine kicks over with good compression. It will need a wiring harness. It is very simple to make yourself as there is no lights or horn. There is a seller on Ebay that has warehouses full of Indian dirtbike parts and a site with free online manuals and other info. I bought this to be a pit bike but I am only going to one or two shows a year now and can't justfy keeping it. There is NO TITLE. It probably never had a title. It will be sold with a bill of sale. It does have one broke fin on the right bottom of the cylinder and there is paint chipped off of the edge of the rear fender. There is also tape covering a tear in the seat cover on the rear. One picture shows a can of parts including the ignition coil. It is sold as is/ where is. It is located about 20 miles west of Martinsville Virginia and any serious bidders are welcome and encouraged to come by and check it out in person.
