Kawasaki Kx 125 1991 Motorcross, MX Bike

For sale is my 1991 kx125. The bike is in good overall condition with the usual scuffs and scrapes as expected with a bike of this age. The bike starts well and runs like a dream with a nice snappy throttle response. The bike is a six speed and it selects and runs up through all the gears brilliantly. I have recently done a full engine rebuild to include: new gearbox bearings. casing gaskets and a full top end rebuild which also includes all gaskets. new piston. new rings and a full clean and decoke. Photos of rebuild to follow. Also the bike has a new engine sprocket and new chain! (sprocket and chain only been out twice). The bike has been ran in but only used a few times since. The engine has good compression and really goes! Bad bits:The kick start has started to slip. it still starts brilliantly once you ensure it is engaged before kicking. Slight oil leak from engine sprocket seal. Only a ?5 seal and can be replaced easily without a strip down. Other than the above the bike is brilliant and would make a very good first bike or even race bike. just needs some TLC to make it just right. Reluctant sale but house move means space and money is required. Cash on collection only!
