Kawasaki GT 550, Low mileage, restored with many new parts, Reg no G550***

 For sale is my Kawasaki GT 550 G4. first registered in January 1990. now a 25 year old Classic. It was originally registered in Northamptonshire and the dealer had the good sense to issue it with the number G550 MNV. I bought this about 18 months ago as a red. rusty wreck. having stood in a garage in Luton unused for 15 years as I wanted a winter project. No expense was spared. this was all done with the intention of keeping it. NOT selling it. and it is a lovely bike which I am now reluctantly selling due to emigrating!   I have done 2000 miles on it in the past year with no problems. Here are some of the main things I did:-Replacement petrol tank/ sealed and all body work professionally sprayed metallic blue. Replacement carbs/ultrasonic cleaned and balanced. Tappets checked. all within limits. New front tyre with L shaped valve. rear good. plus extra spare rear wheel and good tyre. New front disks and pads. new front wheel bearingsNew Plugs/leads/plug caps/filter/oil/brake fluid/driveshaft oil. New Motad 4 into 1 exhaust. New Gel battery. New seat cover. Kappa K28 topbox (2 keys) and screenReplaced ignition switch and filler cap. same keys. fitted seat/helmet lock. seperate key. All electrics/suspension/engine in full working order.
