Description

( READY TO RIDE OR JUST TO KEEP AS AN INVESTMENT. WE CAN DELIVER THIS BIKE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD ) 1969 Kawasaki H1 500 Triple Classic early model scallop tank / low HT lead case version. This is the actual bike from ( The Art Of The Motorcycles Exhibition ) in Orlando and was restored by Mr Kevin J Knedler himself who is a keen Classic bike enthusiaste. Knedler is also a political Candidate of Ohio USA. Knedler showed the bike at the exhibition in the USA in 2006/7 but then decided to reduce the amount of bikes from his inventory when he got the bike back as he had far to many. The bike was then Auctioned in 2008 in the US and was sold to a Jeorg Maurischat a keen German bike collector rider who owned the bike up until 2012. again the same old story Jeorg decided a few of his bikes had to go to raise some funding ???? for a new business adventure and he decided to sell to me as i was looking for this particular model for a bit of summer fun. While the bike sat in my shop in West London everyone who walk in kept on asking how much ???? and i kept on saying its not for sale as i had bought the bike as my own summer runabout / Toy. anyway to cut a long story short i sold the bike as i was far to busy to get my leg over the machine to go out for a ride 'to a very nice chap called Graham in Eastbourne East Sussex who bought the bike and who was very passionate about old Kwaker twostrokes. it was loved and ridden by Graham for nearly two years until we got a phone call from Graham one day who explained he had seen a very very nice old Suzy Kettle ( GT750L ) on my shop / business Website ( www. motorcyclesunlimited. co. uk ) He explained to me that he had started himself a classic Suzuki 70's bike collection and that the only beast that was missing was a water buffalo ( KETTLE ) . you guessed it we had a haggle ??? and done a deal and hence its back up for sale AGAIN in my shop Hoooray. Now i know what your all thinking is the bike Jinxed how comes its had 3 or 4 owners in the space of 6 years. the truth of the pudding as people say is that everyone has there moment of madness and this bike is mad. completly bonkers as it accellerates at the speed of sound 'just kidding' ( Widow Maker ) and handles like jelly tavelling at 100 mph. but what a lot of fun. Here are the frame and engine Numbers for those who wish to know. Frame No: KAF 01999 and Engine No: KAE 02015. We have lots of reciepts a bills relating to this trually iconic piece of engineering. This is one of the models / motorcycles that started the Japanese bike boom in the late 60's / 70's so if you want a true bit of History / Fun / Sound a Invesment then this has to be the bike to have. i would keep it myself but i already have one in my own inventory. The only way this bike will go in the very near future ( Already is ) is up and up in value so grab yourself the chance before its to late to find a good one. The bike starts and runs just perfectly and all the gears select well with the use of the clutch. the bike has all the correct early items and has not been fitted with any aftermarket parts. I would say that the bike has had a full rebuild over a long period of time and has been loved and pampered for most of its life' but on the odd occasion its probably scared off a few of its owners hence the name 'Widow Maker'. I can have this bike delivered anywhere for a fee. All payments accepted. Part exchange welcome. All document. reciepts. bills. keys. etc etc etc are availiable.
