I don't have to tell you much about this bike. I know that KLR owners are very loyal to their brand. and maybe just a little crazy - though not quite as crazy as the BMW guys (like yours truly!). I'm sure it's redundant. but here are the specs anyway: this beast has a 651cc 4-Stroke. Liquid-Cooled. DOHC. 4-Valve. single cylinder engine. It also features 2-piston calipers front and rear. as well as digital TCBI ignition (though it is carbureted). This bike looks great in the Galaxy Silver & Sunbeam Red color pattern. it gets 44 MPG on average. and it will take you just about anywhere you want to go.  Arctic Circle anyone? My phone number is at the bottom of this listing. The motor. transmission. brakes and electrics all work exactly as they should. There is no smoke. no funny noises. absolutely nothing mechanically unsound. Of course not - it's a 2012 and has only 1780 miles! That said. there are some cosmetic blemishes I want to mention. If you're a hardcore KLR rider. you probably don't care. but just for the sake of completeness . . . It has been laid down. and bears some battle scars on the rear fender and handguards. There are also your typical low speed lowside marks on the bar ends. levers. pedals and cases. There is a small dent in the tank. As you can see from the photos. it is very hard to notice any of this except for the rash on the rear fender. The bike still shines and if I don't mention the imperfections. most people don't even notice. but I wanted to be completely accurate in my description. You will not be disappointed with this bike. especially since I'm listing it at $1100 below NADA book value even with the hard cases! I do have the mirrors. I just took them off to save space in my shop. This bike has a clean title. issued by the great state of Georgia. Also please note that I am not a dealer.
