Kawasaki z400 (garage find ) project (spares or repairs)

hi I'm selling this bike on behalf of my dad it was his bike he bought it back in 1999 and from what I can remember he had 2 summers on it then he moved up to a z1000 so this one got stored in the garage and I've jus come across it while clearing out his garage . I have the key and the v5 for this bike . Due to a severe Stoke  he will never be able to fix this up like he was planning for his retirement so here it is up for grabs never turned a wheel for at least 13 to14 years don't really no much about these bikes but it's the 4 cylinder version .  Remember this is a project or spares or repairs I don't no if it runs. don't no if it's all there .
