The bike is now registered with the DVLA for use in the UK and has a current MOT certificate that expires on the 15/12/2015. The paintwork has been completed to a very high standard. the tank. side panels and tail section have been finished in Candy Blue with quality decals that have been clear coated. The orginial side panel emblems have been replaced with quality decals. these haven't been clear coated and can be removed easily if the new owner wants to source and fit original emblems.  The engine was disassembled and inspected as a matter of course. and the crankshaft rebuilt with new main bearings and seals by Grampian Motors of Liverpool. Grampian Motors are a reputable engineering business with 40 years experience in the UK motorcycle trade. (www. grampianmotors. co. uk) The carburettors and their components have been Ultrasonically cleaned and reassembled with new gaskets and fuel hose and the standard points igniton has been replaced with an electronic Boyer Bransden system. The engine starts easily and runs very well.  The exhausts and chrome parts are in good condition but aren't flawless. This is a very presentable S2-A in desirable European spec with low handlebars and long rear mudguard. it isn't a concours "anorak" bike but is in excellent condition. The bike is fitted with an Mph speedo that displays 10. 62 miles. The original Km/H speedo displays 15. 74 Kilometres or 9. 39 Miles. the mileage isn't backed up by any history but is thought to be genuine as the engine is still on standard bore.
