Kawasaki Concours ZG1000 1995

1995 Kawasaki Concours 1000Ready for a summer full of riding. The good parts of the story:Mechanically in very good shapeBrakes work well and pads are about half worn. Tires have about 500 miles since new. Battery new last season. Carbs were professionally rebuilt and re-jetted within the last 500 miles. Has pod air filters and drilled baffles. The exhaust is not loud. The intake is a bit noisy. New plugs and valve adjustment performed within last 500 miles. Custom saddle bags and rear fender shortened up. LED license plate lights. The less than good parts of the story:It is a bit cosmetically challenged. Not too awful for a twenty year old. but some body seems to have bashed up the fairings and poorly repaired them. It's a good 20 footer. but up close you see the defects. Nothing that detracts from it's performance in any way. The bike runs great and handles well. I would not hesitate go for a long weekend ride. and have done so. But I have an injured knee and won't be riding it anytime soon. This also means that I will be of little help in loading this thing if you bring a trailer. Located in Douglasville. GA.
