1973 Kawasaki S2 A 350 Triple.One Year Production Model Only

This bike is one of the last few to be sold. and one of the Four triples. till remaining from a fairly large vintage Japanese Motorcycle collection that has been almost completely liquidated. All the bikes have been placed with good homes. Now we come to this one. Be your own judge on the paint job as it is beautiful . This is the 73 S2A and it came with three color choices. Candy Orange is the color this bike was when it left the factory. It was repainted and a full nut and bolt restoration was done on the bike in 2007. The gauges do appear to have the original miles of the bike shown on them. The gauges are original to the bike and they have not given any signs of ever being opened or tampered with. The trip odometer is in place and works perfectly. There was. to our understanding. only 107 miles put on the bike since it was restored. The pistons are on the original bore but new rings and bearings were installed. The previous owner spent the required time to care properly for this bike as you can see. The tires are new and so are the tubes. The wheels are sitting with new spokes and the hubs have been cleaned and polished brilliantly. The paint looks new but it has been sitting in a climate controlled area and the bike has not been ridden hardly any since being re-done. New chain and the stock original seat pan and foam are sitting there with the bike. The seat cover is a correct Kawasaki seat cover done by a professional upholstery shop. The down pipe are in great shape and the actual mufflers still show very well on the bike. Look at the pics. There are scrapes and abrasions on the pipes in different areas. There is no chrome peeling or and rusted through spots. Decent pipes with many years of service yet to be had before the chrome shop gets them. The Stock baffles are in place. The stock air intake system is in place as well. Finding one of these bikes in this condition is harder every day. I have rebuilt the oil pump and have pics of it in pieces if one would like them. Starts in two kicks or one if it is warmed up. Peppy little two stroke ready to enjoy. Thanks for looking.
