1990 Police Kawasaki KZ1000P Project Bike - INCLUDES LOTS OF NEW PARTS!!!

I have a 1990 KZ1000P project bike for sale. I purchased it with the intent of fixing it up and never got around to it. It's been sitting around since July 2010. I have the transfer paperwork; I did NOT ever complete the registration or apply for title. I have never attempted to run the bike. In fact. I never even installed the battery. The valve on the gas tank was bad and therefore I couldn't try it. This is the EXACT bike featured in the television show CHiPs. wherein it was ridden by the protagonist characters Poncharelli (Erik Estrada) and Jon (Larry Wilcox). two California Highway Patrol officers. The bike needs the gas tank sandblasted out (it's been sitting and got rusty). The bike was NOT run with a rusty gas tank. The windshield was kept only so that I could use it as a pattern to get a new one. It's completely fogged from weather. The seat was stored indoors and is in excellent condition. The side panels (triangular) are from another bike and are scratched in the center. I have NEW decals for them that will cover the scratches. All the parts in the picture are virtually new; I bought them from a guy who purchased the entire parts stock from a police department that switched to BMWs. I also have a Yuasa battery purchased new and kept on a desulphating trickle charger at my home. See the pictures; the parts are all new (old stock) and include (4) airbox seals; new hand grips for both sides; center instrument cluster; right and left handgrip switch clusters; ignition switch with key ( I also have the key to the installed switch); and MANUALS. including the original (factory) and the Clymer workshop manuals. I have never attempted to run the bike. In fact. I never even installed the battery. The bike and parts are sold in as-is where-is condition. The bike is located in a storage unit in North County San Diego. I will execute whatever paperwork the DMV requires for you to get registration and title and can provide all the transfer paperwork I received with the bike.
