1979 Kawasaki KZ1000ST

The bike runs well and pulls hard in the lower gears. It will pop out of 5th gear doing a top end wide open throttle run unless you load the shifter. For normal riding the transmission works fine. The fuel gauge only works some of the time. The engine side covers could use some polishing. The carbs have been gone through and the inside of the tank is clean. The valves were recently adjusted and it has all new fluids. The tires are almost new and are Bridgestone BT45s. It has a new gas cap and as you can see it has an oil cooler. There is no tool kit or mirrors and it is missing the grab bar to put it on the main stand but you can still do it. I bought it in the fall of 2013 and have rode it approx 1000 miles. Would of ridden it more but I have too many bikes. I another KZ just like this one so I am letting it go. Please look at the pictures closely if you are interested. Clear Texas title in my name.
