1981 Kawasaki KX 420 Vintage Motocross AHRMA 99% Original

Look no farther! If you are looking for a great piece of motorcycle history or a great bike to compete in the vintage classes here you go. To the best of my knowledge this machine is 99 % original but please view the pictures carefully and ask any questions prior to bidding. The overall condition of the machine is quite good for its age the cases are in great shape with no broken ears or stripped holes as far as I can see. The engine runs great and has great compression. Starts easy first or second kick all the time. Frame is in good shape no cracks to my knowledge. The pipe is original and has had repair but does not leak. Rims and tires are in good shape no severe dents in the rims and the tires are not weather checked. The carb boot is weather checked but does not leak. The has been some RTV smeared on it as apreventativemeasure. There is a springconnectedto the shifter to help it return to position not sure exactly why but it seems to work fine.
