1980 Kawasaki 750t LTD

1980 Kawasaki 750t LTD. Has some options such as adjustable rear shocks windscreen not installed saddle bags and is in good condition for the year. Was parked in 2012 but I know it ran good when it was parked. Recently restarted by hooking up a jump pack (see video) but something was off. Idle is kinda weird and I didn't investigate too much after it started. I just don't have the time or money to put into it. Needs new battery and will need towed. Also the starter doesn't work. No idea if it is an easy fix or not as this was not my bike. Owner recently passed away so I do not know very much about it but title is in hand. Tires are ok Mufflers were modified and it is loud. (if you're into that type of thing) But you can see them in the photos. Please ask questions before bidding $500 deposit due at end of auction and 1 week to get it out of here.
