This 1975 Kawasaki KT250 is a unique example of a 70's trials bike in that it has gone only 2008 miles from new In 40 years! Always been stored inside. Starts fix kick and runs as good as new.Clean usable fun almost completely original and only very lightly worn. The green/white graphics give it tons of charm. The engine trans brakes suspension electrics all work fine; they-re hardly barely in. Still on original tires. The bike has never been changed in any way though there are a few scratches and dirt from real-world use. This is not a museum piece but easily could be.Like other trials bikes the KT is elemental light and super-maneuverable. Its five-speed gearbox is trials oriented with 1-3 grouped for low-speed work then a big jump to 4-5. The shifter is a far from the footpeg to avoid unwanted shifts. Controls are all light and sensitive. Even the swingarm-reservoir chain oiler is intact and functional.The KT250 was part of the wave of charismatic 70s Japanese trials bikes. All had typically minimalist fittings super-light weight torquey engines and bright fun graphics. This bike is an unusually original survivor of that era.
