2006 Kawasaki Ninja 500r for Parts -No title

I got this bike with the intentions using it for fairings for another 500r I had but sold the bike before I could swap them. It literally has 61 miles on it. The previous owner rode it once and got scared. Parked it and there it sat for 8 years it was abandoned at a rental property the tenant left it and never picked it up. I did try to get it runningcleaned the carbsbut I believe the rings are shot from the bad gas sitting in the motor it was smoking a lot so I believe the engine will need work if you are going to use it in something else.
