Kawasaki Concours 14 with warranty - 2008 model - original owner - garage kept

The front tire was replaced with a Michelin Pilot Power 3 and only has 850 miles on it. I have a Michelin Pilot Power 3 coming in shortly that I will have installed at the local Kawasaki dealer next week.
I have always used synthetic motorcycle oil for my oil changes. I also replace the shaft drive fluid with synthetic gear oil when I do the oil changes. The current oil and filter change only has about 850 miles on it but I am going to change the oil and filter tomorrow because it has been about a year.
On February 5, replaced the battery with a Shorai lithium battery ($184). This battery has 50 % more cold cranking amps and loses much less charge between riding. It will hold its charge up to a year if removed from powered draining electronics.
On May 21, replaced the rear brake pads, ront and rear brake fluid, lutch fluid, nd coolant.
With all the maintenance that has been done recently, nd the cleanup that was just done (as evidenced by the pictures), his bike feels like new to me.
The gas mileage is surprisingly good on the highway. I took trip to Denver from Northern Virginia and averaged 41.84 mpg over 3500 miles. The city mileage is also in the 30s because the big engine only has to accelerate about 850 pounds, ncluding the rider.
Great on long trips, un in the city, eliable like a car - that pretty much sums it up.
