Kawasaki Ninja 300 with Area P full exhaust

I have owned this bike for a year (and done just over 300 miles on it myself!) and bought it from the original owner. He took excellent care of it and I have done the same. It is the Starburst White colour. The previous owner was rigorous withmaintenance and I have keptthis up.
The previous owner did the following:
New chain at 10,300 miles and new sprockets; K&N air filter; spools so you can use a stand to service it; new brakes (EBC HH sintered), ew clutch cable; new headlight bulb.
I have done/added the following:
Full Area P exhaust system (it is loud and adds a few bhp) with Fuel Moto Micro EFI tuner (programmable with a map to suit theexhaust and Miami climate); Woodcraft clip-ons and Yoshimura Rearset (for a lower riding position); changed the brake fluid; replaced front tire (so both tires are now Michelins with good tread and the rear is wider than standard)
It comes with history file, keys, ool kit and manual.
Cosmetically the bike is in excellent condition - only a tiny mark on the fairing (shown in picture) where it rubbed against pick up bed.
It is advertised elsewhere and could be removed from sale at any time. Mileage may go up a bit as I use it. Only selling because we are moving to Rio. Cash on collection only.
I also have theoriginal exhaust, andlebars and a rear light tidy if you want them.
