regretfully selling my price posessio, 1980 kawasaki kz 1000

a little story about it: i purchased this motorcycle at a pawnshop about 3 years ago since this was my dream bike since i was a teen (im 50 now) and i started i mild restoration soon after i got it but soon became an obsession to make it perfect and original as possible so the bike was complely dissasembled the motor was removed and the restoration started

top end of motor was completlely rebuild by a master motorcycle mechanic (receipts avaliable) new vance n hines 4 into one exhaust 4 k&n fillters carburators rebuilt,spark plugs and wires and motor tuned to specifications (dino sheet avaliable)

all new parts including light, blinkers covers,gaugesand many more parts are original from kawaski

many engineparts were rechromed all emblems and misc parts are brand new original from kawaski

bike also has new starter,new tires,battery,chain,sprokets,seat was reupholstered im sure im forgeting to mention more parts

all in all this bike starts runs sounds and looks like brand new its a real head turner and people have something to say everywhere we take it its so beautiful i feel bad when i use it

i have put around 200 miles since i brougth it back from the mechanic

i have put well over $12000 in this bike but it was work of love and i dont regret it so my loss your gain

the bike is road ready and can go anywhere its a beast on the road and you will have lots of fun

im selling because i just bought a harley and im only allowed to have one toy so i had my fun with this one and its time to let go

i can only hope this precious machine falls in the right hands not a beater
