1998 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic Chromed and Upgraded Low low Miles MINT

1998 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic
20,000 Adult driven Miles. Ridden annually for very short spurts.Currently this is my everyday bike. Roundtrip of 50 miles a day.
I will initially mention the bad....2 very small chips to the rear fender from rocks.One of the belts used to close the saddlebags is torn.???? There really are no other problems.
The only thing that says this is a 20 year old bike is the title and the year.
Where do I start??Chrome, hrome, hrome.Cobra parts all around.
