1982 Kawasaki KZ1100 LTD shaft drive, project/parts bike with clear title

Iacquired three motorcycles from agentlemanwhowanted to clean out the shed, nd this bike is one of them. He was gonna make a cafe bike out of it, ut that project never happened. I have a clear Minnesota title for this bike, ll the numbers look correct, he vin number on the title, atch the numbers on the motorcycle. The engine turns over, nd the gas tank looks clean inside. It was lastlicensed 2012. I'm not sure about the wiring, o I'm gonna say some things will need to be rewired. It doesn't look to hacked up though, est is to look at the pics, nd see what you can see!
Missing multiple parts, eadlight, linkers, attery, tc. (see pictures!) The wiring looks like it's been cut apart in places, nd I will say the wiring has been compromised, ow bad, 'm not sure!? Tires look bad. It looks like the grab bar for the seat was cut off, think this is gonna be a big project, nd could possibly make a good parts bike. The throttle opens and closes, he clutch seems to engage, he brakes work, he gas tank is clean inside, he frame seems straight, t rolls good, o I think there's some hope!
