Important Information Item Pickup:

• Pickup must occur within 7 calendar days of receipt of property release or the buyer will be in default.
• Buyer arranges and pays for pickup. The seller reserves the right to qualify an item for free shipping.
• Loading assistance is NOT available unless specified in the auction listing. If you have any questions about property removal please contact the "Contact Person" listed in the auction.

Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday, :30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).

Directions: The location of the item will be provided to the winning bidder.

Default:

Auction Default: A winning bidder is in breach of contract if he or she does not pay for the item won within seven calendar days from the close of the auction. Yonkers C.A.R.S.tore blocks such bidders from participating in online auctions until they submit a reinstatement fee:

• $25 per occurrence for personal property items

• $200 per occurrence for vehicles or heavy equipment
  Removal Default: A purchaser is in breach of contract if he or she pays for an item won but fails to remove the property from its sale location within seven calendar days from the close of the auction. All right, itle, nterest and ownership to the property reverts to the Yonkers C.A.R.S.tore and the purchaser forfeits any payment made on the item(s).
