Kawasaki KZ650 SR 1978

Selling a 1978 Kawasaki KZ 650 SR. This bike is in excellent shape and nearly all original. Very low original miles at 10,200. The only thing wrong with this bike is the electric start button does not work and the rubber airbox boots that attach to the carbs are no longer soft and very hard from old age. They are difficult to attach to the carbs at this time. The electric start button worked about 2 years ago but quit. Most likely a bad relay. The bike kicks over and starts easy. The bike has been custom painted and a custom seat to match was put on. I'm not positive on when the bike was repainted but this is the condition I purchased it as. The bike has the original crossover header exhaust with no rust spots. All of the lights and turn signals work. Mechanically this bike is great! It recently had all the electronics gone through and tuned up. The front tire is new with only about 300 miles on it. The rear is also in great shape and both have plenty of tread life. Black mag wheels with good brake rotors and pads. New battery about 1 year ago. Any other questions please feel free to ask. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
