Kawasaki G4TR 1971 Street Trail Excellent Condition with Title

Did you have one as a kid?
It is a peppy little oil injected two stroke. Starts easily and runs cleanly through the gears, nd settles down to a nice low idle. Brakes, hrottle, lutch gears all work as they should. Those Kawasaki’s with their rotary valve engines always had more power that the competition! This is a dual rangel 8 speed . Four gears in either a switchable low or high range. I recently had over $150 worth of professional work done to it, see invoice) replacing a shift shaft, uning up the oil injection and getting the lighting working fine. It is at least an 8.5 on a 10 scale cosmetically, howing a low 4300 miles on the speedometer. No uglies on this bike. Original paint, nd decals. The only thing that has been re-painted was the exhaust pipe with high temperature black paint. Just look at the closeup pictures of the gas tank, hrome fenders, nd luggage rack. All this stuff is usually beat up, ut not on this one. The stainless steel fenders are straight, ll the original controls, eadlight, ail light, peedometer and key ignition that works. Chrome rims look great.

I purchased it because it was the first dirt bike I ever owned. I really detailed it out and put brand new knobby tires on it for Vintage Motorcycle Days last year. Then I rode it all around the grounds and got a lot of thumbs up as I rode the grounds. People could not believe its condition as most of these dual sport bikes were trail ridden to death by daredevil teenagers.

However, ow I am finished with it, illing to pass it along to the next person that used to have one. I just need the space in the garage. You will be the envy of the neighborhood tooling around on this road ready beauty.

It has a clear Michigan title signed by the original owner, eady for transfer to your name as the owner.
