The previous owner filed a fradulent insurance claim (2 years!) after I had purchased the motorcycle and transferred it into my name. Texas DPS was very understanding and recharged me new registration taxes and totaled out my bike on paper. anyways. The Bike is ugly. nbsp; but it is extremely reliable and economical. I dipped and rebuilt the carburetors three seasons ago and synchronized them once I had them back on the bikeIt has an AGM battery that is almost a year old but is still a hot battery. bike fires up instantly and only needs the choke for an instant when you first fire up the bike. The Front end is off a katana 600 . is has larger brakes with 4 pots and a 17" front rims. he Front tire has arround 1200 miles on it. still like newThe Rear tire has under 200 miles on it. Still covered in little rubber chichis. This is a 1991 motorcycle. I've used it as a daily commuter for 3 years with little to no concern about the cosmetics. I would recommend you view the motorcycle in person before bidding. It's ugly reliable old litre bike. the bike will still get it and will keep a modern 600 in check until you hit 130-140. then it's out steam. Current Safety Inspection and Registration.
