2001 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-7R

You are bidding on a 2001 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-7R. This is a perfect first bike for anyone looking to get into riding. This is also a perfect project bike! It currently runs and I have been riding it as is. This bike needs a tune up, ast tune up was 2 years ago. It has dents and dings from being dropped by the previous owner. This bike was dropped once since I owned it in a storm and the hand brake lever bent. It still works so I never got it fixed. Overall this bike needs some TLC to make it look great. Over the years I have fixed the mechanical issues that have come up but was never concerned with the body or the dings on the gas tank. It has a new spark plug and new screen in replace for the old air filter.
Included with this bike is a cover (pictured). There are 1-2 minor tears in the cover that are small and were tough to picture. The cover is used.
This bike needs:-Tune up and fix leak. There is a slow leak that I stopped once but is back. This happened when the air filter was replaced Currently I ride it with this leak and was never concerned about it.-The storage compartment under the seat has a hole in it. I never fixed this as I never stored anything in there while riding.-The neutral light does not work. The bulb is good just part of the wiring is bad. Once again never fixed because you can find neutral when you are riding-New body plastics. The previous owner painted this bike red. It used to be Kawasaki Green.-New Gas tank. The gas tank is not bad, ust has a dent if you are concerned with that.-New rubber on foot gear shift.
Overall this is a perfect first/project bike! A little bit of work would get this bike running and looking great! Asmentionedthis bike runs as is and I ride it this way because I was never concerned with the looks of it.

When I took it to the shop for the new plug and screen the guy told me the forks were bent but nothing that would require me to fix them unless I wanted to. However the previous shop never said anything to me about them so I would have them checked again. I never had a problem with them since I have had the bike.
