We installed battery tender leads for easy battery charger hook-up. It should be noted that the rear brake pedal is bent making it hard to apply the brake full force.TEST DRIVEThis bike runs, ides, nd shifts well.COSMETIC CONDITIONThis bike shows the amount of wear expected for and off road vehicle. The plastic panels present well overall but do have typical scratches found in this type of bike. The seats is clean with no rips and tears, nd the wheels are clean and dent free. Please see pictures for more detail.TITLEOHRV's are exempt vehicles in NH and will not be issued a Certificate of Title pursuant to New Hampshire Saf-C 1904.02 a: The bureau shall not accept a title application on any vehicle, s defined by RSA 259:122, hich is not equipped with standard equipment for use on a public way. This does not mean that you will not be able to title this vehicle in your state! Check with your department of motor vehicles about your specific state requirements. We are an official N.H. motorcycle dealership and inspection station and in most cases can provide any documents required.

ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - California law requires that any used vehicle must have at least 7500 miles on the odometer unless the emissions sticker specifies that it is California compliant. This vehicle is not equipped with California emissions, nd due to its low miles, ou will not be able to title it in your state. Please check with your local DMV for more information.NH STATE INSPECTIONATTN NEW HAMPSHIRE RESIDENTS: This vehicle does not pass New Hampshire State Inspection. You will still be able to register it, ut you will need to correct the items specified for a NH inspection sticker. Please see the Inspection Report notes above for further details.ATTN: CANADIAN BUYERSWe are happy to sell to Canadian citizens and have a broad understanding of the process of importing vehicles from the States. Although we do ship many bikes into Canada; due to the placement of the VIN or the physical size of this bike we are not able to arrange shipping. We will be happy to send the documentation included with the bike (title or report of sale of non-titled vehicle, ill of sale, nd/or odometer disclosure) to the border crossing station of your choice and work with you or your shipper. We are not able to obtain it for all brands, ut if possible, e will provide you with the recall clearance letter for your bike as well. Due to the time and fees involved with obtaining and forwarding exportation documentation, anadian customers will incur an additional $89 fee.PAYMENT TERMSA $250 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the balance is due within 7 days. Unless otherwise agreed upon, he vehicle must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of the auction's end. Communication is required within 24 hours, r the winning bidder risks having the auction relisted. We accept certified bank checks, oney orders, ank to bank wire transfers, nd of course cash in person. Credit cards and PayPal are only accepted for the $250 deposit. We cannot take either method for the full payment amount.

Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in our account within 24 hours of transfer, xcept on weekends. Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, oney orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering delivery time.

Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, ur goal is to ship your vehicle within 2 business days. We will email or call you when the payment has cleared and again when the vehicle is shipped with a tracking number.SHIPPINGOur Premium shipping service will ensure quick safe delivery of your motorcycle right to your home. Delivery time ranges from a couple of days for local deliveries to a little over a week for coast to coast deliveries. Vehicles meeting certain eligibility requirements may be shipped into Canada.
