Race Motorcycle Superbike 70s Moriwaki Kawasaki KZ650 Extremely Rare

Very rare vintage superbike racing motorcycle from the mid to late 70s specifically built in Japan by Moriwaki on a Kawasaki frame and engine to be raced here. Formerly part of the Champion Motorcycle team in Costa Mesa back in the days This bike was a number of races when had a 750cc displacement engine and was much quicker than 1000cc it is still in great condition. I believe the engine was rebuilt before they put it on the side I see brand new pistons and engine turns freely. My goal was to put it back into running mode and keep it in my warehouse as display since I am not much of a raider anymore I got the parts but needs someone expert in this kind of specific motorcycles to put it back together. Definitely a eye catcher and possibly extremely fast when all done. i looked everywhere and I didn't see a VIN number not a trace that was ever covered or the frame re painted It just does not have a VIN My guess is that was born as a racing motorcycle and never meant to be on the road.
I do not have a title and I don't think there ever was one
I don't know if a title can be obtained since there is no VIN
though I will try to investigate more on it.
Comes with a super light front wheel and wide tire I have purchased the 4 into 1 headers carburetors (regular) Heads and everything just to make it run I have been always curios to hear it scream The Moriwaki is located inside my warehouse in Gardena California near LAX Local inspection is very welcome I will update the auction info I gather more info
I entered 1974 on the description and clear title but I do not know exactly what year is it
Nor as I stated I have a title for it.
