You are bidding on a 1973 Kawasaki Z1-900. This was Kawasaki's first inline four cylinder monster, he bike for the serious collector, nd this one is a beauty. This motorcycle is now for sale for the first time since purchased from the dealer. It was purchased new by my brother, he current owner, n 6/25/1973 in Northwest Arkansas. The original title comes with the bike and of course, verything matches, t is all original.
This bike has been maintained and always garaged. It was restored to its original condition approximately 15 years ago including new rubber, ebuilt carburetors, nd all parts were painted to original specs, ew mufflers, tc. This is an older restoration and as you can see in the pictures some of the rubber parts are wearing (age). he original petcock needs a rubber part and is not on the bike but comes with it. This bike has not been used as a driver since restoration and has been viewed in shows and displays only. I put fuel in it and did very little work to make it run, nd it runs fine. It will need some carburetor work and some hose replacements if you intend to drive it. If it is being purchased for a museum or private collection it just needs to be drained and staged. I see one small ding on one of the mufflers and the bottom of the bike (see the photos) and it has a little road dirt from the few miles it's been driven in the past 15 years. It needs to be cleaned. If you have questions please send an eBay message to me. If I can't answer it I will provide brother Mike's phone number and you can call to discuss it.Payment: The winning bidder must pay a $500 deposit via PayPal withing 48 hours of auction's end.
