1978 KZ1000 Kawasaki Low Miles Runs Great New Paint H2 Triple 900 Z1

This is one very nice looking, ery good running, ard to find these days, 978 Kawasaki KZ1000. It has only 17,100 actual miles on it. It has been repainted in the correct original paint scheme, nd was professionally done and is hard to distinguish from original. The tank is the original tank, s is one of the side covers. One side cover was missing and replaced before painting. The frame is excellent original paint, ith the previous owner putting on a few extra "racing" stickers. They should come off easily but I will leave that up to the next owner. Obviously the seat is from an LTD, nd the original mufflers were replaced by an aftermarket Vance and Hines header. It also has dual disc front brakes. This is a true KZ model, ot an LTD. The engine appears to have never been apart, nd runs like new. The airbox has been replaced with pods.The tires were replaced last year with expensive Dunlop Elite GTs. Also replaced were new chain and sprockets.This is a rust free bike, nd has always been a rust free bike. It was well cared for, lthough the previous owner made the few changes to suit his own taste. Everything works on this bike but the turn signals. I have not even tried to trace the problem, ut I'm sure a couple hours of tinkering should have them working again. I bought this from a friend for resale. I have many vintage motorcycles, o this is all I do. I've already sold most of my 900s and triples, ut am having my last 1973 Z1 painted right now, hich I will list later on. Also have one 1972 H2 that will be done by summer, nd a couple H1s also.
