It is generally characterized as afully fairedsibling of theZ1000streetfighter, haring the same 1,043cc liquid-cooled, lectronic fuel-injected, 6-valve four-strokeinline-four engineand aluminum twin-tube backbone frame,but with ergonomics, torage, nd other design elements more oriented to thesport touringmarket. The Ninja 1000 is also fitted with an electronicspeed limiter, s its fairing gives it improved aerodynamics over the Z1000.
