1989 Kawasaki Ninja 500 with only 7573 miles

First off, o not waste your time to send me a best offer. I am aware of the "Best Offer" feature on ebay and I intentionally choose NOT to use it.
Bike is located in Cecil County Maryland, e may be able to arrange transportation to you if you are not local, ut we will have to discuss that prior to you purchasing the bike. I am willing to load this bike up in my truck and bring this bike to you, ut you will cover all expenses for the trip and my time on the road.
Do not waste your time emailing me to say that i'm asking too much because you found a 2004 bike for the same price I'm asking.
If you want a 2004 bike, hen go buy that one. If you want a bike from the 80s, o your research before you tell me my price is too high.This bike has 7573.7 miles on it, ence why Im asking more than a few hundred dollars.
Every other 80s model Ninja I've found has well over 30K on the clock. It is very rare to find one with such low mileage. This bike has effectively averaged less than 300 miles per year.
She runs although has been sitting for over a year, o sometimes she's stubborn to get started and will stall if the RPMs get too low. (Idle RPM screw may need to be set properly) She probably needs some cleaner run through the carbs. She definitely need a spring tune up. I have a set of brand new Spark Plugs that I will give you with the bike.

I have made some videos of the bike running to show that it does in fact run, t just needs some loving to get her started.

The gas tank had a horrible paint job done on it before I go it, hile it could be repainted, would recommend you simply replace it since the inside of the tank isn't in the best condition. Going by prices on ebay, his will probably run you anywhere between $100~300$ depending on when/where you find a tank for it.
I'm in no hurry to sell this bike as its age and low mileage means it will only appreciate in cost over the years as long as its not ridden that much. But I am posting it here in case there is someone who's looking for one with low miles who wants to keep it that way.
