1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 "AS-IS" MECHANICS SPECIAL NO RESERVE!!!

This 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic is being sold"AS-IS" ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTYThis is a Mechanics Special. Will make a perfect project or parts bike.
Motorcycle does not run. Here is a list of what we know is wrong with the bike:
Left fork seal leakingFront tire needs to be replacedFront brake padsFuel Gauge is INOP (does not work)Needs a new batteryFuel leaking from CarbsNeeds a carb clean

• PAYMENT- Remaining balance must be paid by Cashier's Check or Cash in hand
• Motorcycle is sold "AS-IS - NO WARRANTY. All sales are final, o returns or refunds.

• Document Fee. We charge a $160 document fee on all transactions.
• Illinois resident - As an Illinois dealer, e are required to collect sales tax of 7.25% (8.5% Chicago residence only) $136 title and plate fee.
• Out of State buyers. AZ, A, L, I, N, A, I, nd SC will pay applicable sales tax for their state (Illinois has a reciprocal sales tax agreement with these states) and will provided a ST556 tax form (Proof sales tax is paid)

• At the conclusion of the sale. The winning bidder must contact us within 24-48 hours to complete the transaction.
