1995 KAWASAKI ZZR 600 E2 GREEN/WHITE winter project bike spares repair barn find

Kawasaki ZZR 600 E. 1995. 16. 00 genuine miles.  I have had this bike since 2001. Although it hasn't been ridden for several years. It's in good condition for it's age. but I don't have time for it any more. The bike is in need of some love. It hasn't been ridden for about 5 years. but starts and runs. The main problem with the bike is that the gearbox has the classic ZZR problem. jumps out of second gear under power (Something to do with a positive neutral finder?!). I've been told this is an easy fix and doesn't require splitting of the crankcases as the gearbox is easily accessible. It just requires a new shift drum and selector fork for second gear and a little elbow grease! It is ride-able in it's current state. but this will need fixing at some point as it will only get worse. I'm told. Apart from that. the brakes will need bleeding and probably new fluid in the lines. I have a set of new brake pads front and rear to be fitted when this is done (included with bike). It will also need the front fork seals replacing.  There are dents in one of the silencers (see pics). but this doesn't affect the running of the bike. Plastics and fairings are in pretty good shape. She was prepped for an MOT about 4 years ago. but I never actually got it MOT'd. so the new tyres front and back have never been ridden on (Bridgestone Battlax BT021's). It will probably need some other small parts fettling with as it's been sat around for a few years. but would be great for a project for someone and could be a great bike with a little work. I've been trying to do it for a few years now. but a new baby in the house has finally made me decide I haven't got the time to do it and she's gotta go!It's in a lovely. rare colour scheme as it's a USA import. She's Datatagged and has a rear hugger fitted.  I have recently changed the engine oil and filter. Currently on a SORN. I have all the relevant paperwork in my name (V5. datatag certificate etc).
