Description

Here is a beautiful restored 1975 Kawasaki H1 in Candy Sky Blue using Kawasaki new and NOS parts where possible. Show quality paint by Marbles Motors who is probably the best in the business on vintage bikes. Top quality show chrome by Spacecoast Plating on the original factory parts. This bike went a frame off restoration. It was rust and corrosion free and complete before the restoration. The front fender was perfect with no dents. All rubber parts are new and NOS parts sourced from the USA, anada, apan, rance, ermany and England. The tires are the correctnew manufacture Dunlop Gold Seal that are still being made in Japan. The engine was disassembled, leaned, nspected and bored first oversize to 61mm bore with Wossner forged pistons and rings by Fletchers Cycle Service in Memphis Tn. Charlie Smith overhauled the crankshaft and installed new bearings and seals. The transmission was gone through and reassembled with new shift forks and all clearances were checked. New Barnett clutch plates (fiber and steel) and springs. Oil injection pump was cleaned and rebuilt as was the oil injection lines and valves using new copper and Seal-O-Stat washers. Carbs were rebuilt using genuine Mikuni parts and jet kit by Ivans Performance using genuine Mikuni jets. All new carb hardware and NOS carb intake and air boot clamps were used. These NOS carb intake clamps are getting extremely hard to find.

Next was a perfect set of correct exhausts with no dents or scrapes that were cleaned with caustic blast process to remove internal carbon deposits then re-chromed to a beautiful show-like flawless finish. Exhaust baffles were bead blasted and new fiberglass packing was installed. OEM reconditioned H1F exhaust are available from Swiss Bikes in Switzerland and are selling for $2600 a set without baffles. Nice damage free H1 exhaust are rare to come by.

The frame was painted with quality polyurethane paint and the factory data sticker on the fork neck was preserved. Swingarm, attery box, enter and side stands were powder coated. New tapered roller bearings in the head stem and new steel and bronze bushings in the swingarm were installed. New wheel bearings and seals. Buchannon stainless spokes in the original re-chromed Takasago rims, new sprockets and chain, ew clutch, hrottle, hoke, peedo and tach cables. New shocks, aster cylinder, rake pads and shoes, rake hoses. New fork tubes and seals, andle bar levers and switches. New Kawasaki OEM mirrors. New rubber engine mounts sourced from Germany. New sealed battery (No more acid stains on the exhaust) and a new K&N air filter in the air cleaner assembly from Klemm Vintage. The OEM air box will be included. Inside of the tank is clean. It has a Pingel fuel valve designed for triples on it but the rebuilt vacuum fuel valve with new diaphragm is included. There are many other parts as well. The seat is original with the original factory cover. Correct Kawasaki bolts were replaced where necessary with the correct Kawasaki numbers on the bolt heads. The speedo and tach were rebuilt and calibrated by Don Fulsang who does incredible restoration on gauges.

This H1 runs and rides like new with no shakes or shimmies. The carbs were synched and dialed in. It starts and runs as it should. Amsoil interceptor 2 stroke synthetic oil is used. The original riders manual, arranty manual, copy of the 1975 H1 brochure and 2 keys are included.

This bike won the First Place Kawasaki 1969-1980 award at the March 7, 015 Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club (VJMC) in Eustis, l. and Best Vintage Metric bike in the Crusin’ Southern Style show in La.

No expense was spared in making this bike as close to new as possible and has been kept in a climate controlled environment. This was a very expensive and time consumingprocess with almost $14,000 invested. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer ’75 H1F. I have a few shippers I've used in the past and can assist you if needed. I reserve the right to end listing early as this will be listed locally. I have a clear title in hand. I've sold several bikes on ebay and strive to maintain my 100% feedback. Links for services performed listed below. Thanks for looking!

I had some ask if I could make a video of the bike running so I made one this morning and uploaded it. Here's the link.

On a last note, ost of these 2 stroke triples were raced, an hard, urned into caf? racers and just left for dead. Nice pristine examples are getting hard to come by. These 2 stroke triples will never be made again and will only increase in value. Thanks for all the questions and compliments!
