Kawasaki 2006 Motorcycle Concours Must Go!

I am selling Kawasaki 2006 . It has been sitting in my garage for 4 years now. It needs gas drained and since sitting carbs are going to need to be cleaned as well. The bike has a flat tire in back. I do not have money to fix it. The bike was sitting so long because of flat tire and then the Ex and I went through divorce and just never did anything about it, here is nothing wrong with bike other than it being parked so long and just sitting.
