Description

Up for no reserve auction is a great 1976 Kawasaki 900 LTD. For those of you interested, dont need to bore you with all the details of what these bikes actually are. This bike as you can see is in great condition. I just got it out of the shop and had new tires and a new maintenance free battery put in it. I was tuned to perfection by an kawasaki mechanic with decades of experience. I was going to ride to Daytona but work has put a stop to my riding plans. I bought this bike last year on Ebay and have spent a couple thousand on it getting it just right. I havent fixed everything to show quality because I ride my bikes, ot show. Look the pictures over and email me if you want any videos or closeups of anything. There is nothing to hide on this bike. It has its own RARE warranty book, wners manuel, ir breather snorkel with insert. *****. ***** Sometime in this bikes far distant past, t got a new frame. This had to be when the bike was close to new. The frame has no vin stamp or sticker. Apparently when the frame was changed, t was titled by the motor number. We know by the warranty book that the original VIN is KZ900B-501729. It now uses the motor number of Z1E115443. If you have any reservations about getting the bike titled in your state, lease do not bid. My state doesnt care about VIN's on bikes this old. South Dakota where it came from doesnt either. I have no idea what any other state laws are. Maybe you could get the frame stamped? I dont know. The bike looks and runs great. I had no intention of selling the bike but something has come up and I need to sell. I am starting this auction at 1 dollar. It will sell to the highest bidder on ebay. Call or text if you have any questions. 501-six one seven-1521. No early morning calls please. We are late night people. The paint is not original. If you look closely you can see the paint is mismatched to the sidecovers. Nobody else sees it but I do. Very presentable condition. Black paint is faded or excessively cleaned off the wheels. There is some pitting in some of the chrome that was added. Easy to replace. These bikes are easier to get parts for now than 20 years ago. I did replace the front forks too. One was sticking. I got a restored set off of a 1977 and later so it has the rubber cover style fork covers instead of the bolt plug. Ive done my best to tell everything about the bike so no one is disappointed when they get the bike. We all know these are rare and getting rarer.
One last thing, lease look at my experience on Ebay. I have been on here since 1998 and have bought and sold over 500 items personally and have never had a negative feedback. I am not a dealer, hese are all my own personal transactions.
