2011 Kawasaki Concours 1400 (GTR) 8100 miles

I purchased this bike from the original owner in March 2015. I’m a senior citizen and have decided (given significant family pressure) to retire from motorcycling.

I’m meticulous about my cars and bikes and remain somewhat conflicted about this decision. That said, t’s a great opportunity for someone to acquire an absolutely perfect motorcycle.

This bike has no dings, ents or paint imperfections. It’s always been garaged has not been ridden in the rain. My motorcycles are always stored between November and April.

It also comes with a transferable warranty from Kawasaki Motors Inc.

The GTR is a world class sports touring bike that provides incredible performance, eliability, echnology, unctionality and a very reasonable cost of ownership. It has received numerous awards since it’s intro in 2008.

I owned two BMW’s prior to acquiring the Connie. The Beemers were great bikes and fun to ride but the cost of ownership was painful. The Connie is extremely comfortable, now as opposed to stock) civilized and a joy to spend time on. As with most bikes in order to make the experience perfect a few modifications were necessary.

• · Brake fluid drained and changed
• All lubricants changed using Synthetics only
• Coolant drained and changed
• Valves checked for adjustment (wasn’t needed)
• Air filter replaced
• Overall tech inspection – all in perfect order

That service cost $750.00 and was completed by European Cycle Services in Middletown NY.

The price is a firm $10,000. There isn’t anything this bike needs or anything wrong with it. You get on and ride it for two seasons before it needs any service. Oil and filter changes can be done in your garage in 20 minutes. I’ll take the bike anywhere you want to have it examined (within reason). Test rides may be possible if the potential buyer meets specific pre-ride criteria.
