I am the original and only owner of this bike.   It has been down twice; the first was a slow-speed (10mph?) turn + oil on the pavement. the 2nd the bike was parked in the mountains and was blown over by wind.   The front tire has 450 miles on it. the rear tire has 2700 miles.   The battery was last replaced in Sept of 2011.   The bike is registered in CA and it is current until June of 2015.  

This bike is mechanically sound and runs great.
