1999 Kawasaki ER-5 ER500 11 Months MOT

Tidy little bike. Starts. drives and stops well. Has just had two new tyres. new chain and sprockets and an oil change. so shouldn't need any consumables for a while. Came in with speedo and rev counter not working. so we've fitted a replacement set with nice new covers. The speedo reads 22k. which is less than the MOT reading of 37k. The rev counter has a manic 18k redline. but not to worry as the ECU will stop you forgetting this bike's redline is at 10. 5K! It'll make a few people wonder what engine you've got if they have a look when you're parked up :)Otherwise it's completely standard. There are a few marks here and there - it's a 15 year old bike - including a graze along the side of the silencer. but polishes up well. Ideal bike for Winter commuting.
