Kawasaki GPZ 500 S Purple Ideal Winter Hack! Must See! Service History! L@@K!

GPZ 500 S 1994For sale is my GPZ 500 S. Nice little bike. only selling due to needing a bigger bike for me and the Mrs. This bike has been owned by my father previously and his best friend before almost from new. It has been well maintained and regular services and oil changes. The last recorded service (recipt. included front and read break pads) was at 48. 00 miles. the service before that was done at 45 000 miles and had chain and sprockets done. It is now currently on 49. 13 miles and will slightly increase as i still ride it from time to time. It has a fair bit of millage. but for most of its life was used in London as a commuting bike by both my father and his mate (the previous owner before him) It has a few bumps and scrapes and is showing signs of its age. etc but is typically (kawasaki) mechanically sound. Since i have had it I needed to put a new starter soliniod and i have also upgraded the front brake lines with earl's braided. This is only a single front break disc so is lacking a bit of extra stopping power for those who are used to twin front discs. Tyres have a fair bit of life left in them and although discs where put down as an advisory on the last MOT (June 2014) they are still within tolerance and work fine. so should not be any cause for concern. It is fitted with a full stainless Motard exhaust and is in brilliant nick. No leaks or dents.  This bike does exactaly what it says on the tin. would make a nice little winter hack and work fantastically around town etc and would be an ideal bike for someone. Only problem is that it's on a little bit on the small size for me and the Mrs going on day trips etc and could do with something with a little more room. Bad Bits:There is rust on the bar endsThe wheels and seen better days. alot of break dust build up and cant seem to shift it.  The belly pan and a few scrapes on it but arent really visable from standing next to the bike (only on the very bottom and lower sides)There is a small tare in the back of the seat which i have only just noticed while taking pictures. obviously doesn't effect the bike but had to mention. The front fairing has a crack in just above the mirror (see pic) it makes a bit of a little rattle over bumps etc but it doesn't flap around or anything. Couple of age related marks and blemishes on the tank and grab rail. Nothing major but they are there and should mention them. have tried my best to take pics but there isnt a great deal there!Well worth coming to have a butchers and seeing for yourself. Will be a good by for anyone looking for a cheap commute or a second bike to save the miles on your Ducati or whatever.  I Have done my best to list everything i can think of. and to be as honest and open as I can. but if i can think of anything more I will update the listing as and when.
