1997 KAWASAKI ZX 600-F3 SILVER

For sale is my zx6r. I have owned it since September 2008.  It has been my daily ride since then. It was been utterly reliable and the only reason I'm selling it. is that I am getting older and have picked up a shoulder injury that prevents me riding any distance on the zx6r. So now I am moving to a more upright sitting position bike. My bike is in good mechanical order with nearly a years MOT. the only thing it needed for the MOT was a new chain. It has 29380 miles on the clock but this will go up as I use it daily.  I have the MOTs for the time I have owned it and receipts for any work its needed.  I have regularly changed the oil and filter every  3000 miles (not done by the mechanic) as well as keeping on top of brake pads. cables etc. It starts on the button every time and runs really well.  It doesn't overheat in traffic and pulls well through all the gears. The fairing is complete but while presentable. is in need of some TLC.  Please do not expect a perfect bike it is 17 years old.  If it was perfect then I would be asking for a lot more money.  The speedo also has odd click/whine at times coming from inside the clocks. It comes with a Renntec sports rack and top box.  I will dig out the grab rails if required. then is also a spare screen if required.  Please contact if interested. sorry no test rides unless I have the full asking price in my hand and proof of your insurance.
